Each company must authorize the customs agent of its choice in the electronic signature customs system. Grand Logistiks can provide you with representation to the customs authorities when processing goods for import, export, re-export and transit. Import Documents Required (Import):
- Original commercial invoice (Invoice), packing list and certificates of origin, quality and others in the case of preferences (EUR 1, FORM A, ATR), if required. Copy of shipping invoice on EXW or FOB delivery terms.
- Payment documents - Original payment orders for Duty and VAT, and if payment is made electronically - printed and certified with wet seal.
- Import licenses may be required according to the specifics of the product.
- Company Documents - certified copy with "True to the Original Certificate of Current Status.
- Document certifying the EORI registration, made at the respective Territorial Customs Office of domicile for individuals and address registration of a company for legal entities, associations and others.
- Application for customs representation by model.
- Customs authorization - notarized - by model.
- Original bills of lading (when transported by water), if properly OR.

Goods exported outside the customs territory of the EU must be declared for exportation.
Required documents for EXPORT (Export):
- Original commercial invoice (Invoice), packing list and certificates of origin, quality, if required.
- Export licenses may be required according to the specifics of the product.
- Company Documents - certified copy with "True to the Original Certificate of Current Status.
- Document certifying the EORI registration, made at the respective Territorial Customs Office of domicile for individuals and address registration of a company for legal entities, associations and others.
- Application for customs representation by model.
- Customs authorization - notarized - by model.

Transit mode is one of the most commonly used customs regimes. It authorizes and facilitates the transfer of goods from one place to another within the customs territory of the Community. Goods under this regime are also considered to be transported under the cover of Carnet TIR, Carnet ATA, NATO Manifesto 302 or by post. The period for transit of goods is no more than 15 days.
Required documents for TRANSIT:
- Original commercial invoice (Invoice), packing list and certificates of origin, quality, if required.
- Letter of Purchase Order according to the model, and for more than one tariff number - filled in and stamped form inventory of the goods.
- A copy of the insurance policy (if the terms of delivery are CIF) or a statement that the goods are traveling without insurance.
- Copy of shipping invoice under EXW or FOB delivery conditions.
- Transport Documents - CMR (International Road Freight Bill of Lading), AWB (International Air Freight Bill of Lading), B / L (Bill of Lading - the main international commodity order for the carriage of goods by water), if duly authorized.
- A very important document is the bank guarantee, which is worth about 2% of the value of the goods on the invoice, is usually paid by the recipient and is non-refundable!
